Terms of service.

1 · Intended Use

All products sold by LuxLife LLC are intended exclusively for laboratory research and in-vitro investigation. They are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or recreational use.

By placing an order you affirm that you are a qualified researcher, healthcare professional, or affiliated with an academic, governmental, or commercial laboratory engaged in legitimate scientific research.

2 · Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of a jurisdiction in which the purchase, possession, and handling of research peptides is lawful. LuxLife LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict shipping to any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

3 · Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars. LuxLife LLC accepts the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; payment details are entered directly with that provider and are never stored by LuxLife LLC. Orders paid by Cash App, Venmo or Zelle are held until the full payment, with the order number in the payment note, has been received; they ship once it is matched to your order.

Order Confirmation

Order placement constitutes a reservation, not a completed transaction. Orders are fulfilled only upon receipt and verification of payment. Pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. LuxLife LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or jurisdictional restrictions.

3a · Compliance & Standards

LuxLife LLC operates in alignment with the following recognized standards and good-practice frameworks:

• Encrypted connections. All traffic to the site is served over HTTPS (TLS).
• No advertising or third-party tracking. The site loads no advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session-replay, or third-party analytics scripts. Our store software uses first-party cookies to record how a visitor arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or referring link) so it can be attached to an order; this is never shared with advertisers. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical information (such as IP address) needed to serve them.
• Age verification. A 21+ age gate is enforced before product details are accessible. Acceptance is logged client-side only (30-day expiry).
• Third-party laboratory verification. Every product lot is independently assayed; the corresponding Certificate of Analysis is published on the product page and traceable by lot number.
• Data minimisation. The site collects only the information necessary to fulfill an order: name, shipping address, email, and order history. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data, and we do not retain any cardholder data of any kind.
• Original or permissively-licensed assets. All product photography and brand imagery is original; site code is built on open-source software, including WordPress and WooCommerce (GNU General Public License) and other permissively licensed components; typefaces are loaded under the SIL Open Font License (OFL). No copyrighted third-party imagery or proprietary trademarks are used decoratively.
• Hosting AUP alignment. The site does not use, embed, or distribute copyrighted material for which LuxLife LLC does not hold rights, and complies with the Acceptable Use Policies of major US infrastructure providers.

4 · Shipping

Orders are shipped discreetly via USPS or FedEx. Orders with payment verified by 1:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), are typically dropped off with the carrier the same day; later orders ship the next business day. All shipments depart from the United States in discreet, unmarked packaging. Tracking information is provided by email. LuxLife LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit, although we will assist in the resolution of such matters in good faith.

5 · Returns

Owing to the nature of the products and their applications in sensitive research environments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product arrives defective or materially differs from its specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

6 · Disclaimer

Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information presented is for educational and reference purposes only and does not constitute medical, scientific, or legal advice.

LuxLife LLC assumes no liability for misuse, mishandling, or application of any product outside the scope of legitimate laboratory research.

7 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxLife LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or misuse of any product. The customer assumes all responsibility for the legal possession, handling, storage, and disposition of the product upon delivery.

8 · Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and operate our business: name, address, email, and order history. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties except service providers necessary to fulfill your order, such as shipping carriers. The site uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers; first-party cookies record how a visitor arrived so it can be attached to an order, and our security firewall processes IP addresses to block malicious traffic.
